- Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of receiving your package.
- We can not offer refunds to shipments that go stolen/missing during shipment transportation.
- We can not offer refunds or reshipments to orders that have been marked "delivered", but have been stolen or missing.
- A physical product must be shipped back to us in the event of a return.
- The physical product that you purchased, but would like to return must be in good standing condition when received by our main corporate office.
- In the event you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will happily send a replacement order.
- We are not liable for mistakes made when customers input shipping information at checkout.
- In the event your order is bounced back and sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will reship your package out.
- In the event your order is shipped and marked as "delivered" to an incorrect address due to mistakes made at checkout, we cannot send a replacement order.
- Please double check your shipping information as well as contact email at checkout before submitting
- In the event we do reship your order, your order (original & reshipped order) is not eligible for returns for a refund.
